Friday 17. August
4.00pm Road signs to the accommodation hall are in place
5.00pm Info opens at the accommodation hall. The competition material can be picked up. Accommodation opens.
17.00 Road signs to the competition arena are in place. Club tents can be erected at pre-booked areas.
9.00pm Final team compositions shall be registered using the electronic registration system or to the info.
9.00pm Competition office and info close for the night
Saturday 18. August
7.30am Breakfast is served for the ones accommodated at Pikkuemäntä until 9.30am.
8.00am Info opens at the competition arena.
9.50am Registration to free runners’ bank closes, free runners’ teams are composed.
10.00am Closing of accommodation hall
10.30am Opening ceremonies begin
10.45am Demonstration of how to function at start, change-over and finish.
11.30am RELAY START
2.30pm ESTIMATED FINISH TIME OF THE WINNING TEAM
3.20pm Normal relay change-over closes
3.30pm Re-start for legs 2-7. Maps are returned from the info (against map return coupon)
3.30pm Gathering of the teams taking part in the prize giving ceremony by the festival stage
3.40pm PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY. The Youth Jukola flag is handed over to the organizers of the competition in 2019.
6.00pm The finish of the relay is closed
6.00pm Info and the competition center is closed
