Half of the legs pass the audience stand

About half of the legs in Venla and Jukola relays pass by the spectator area via a running track. This means that over 8,000 orienteers will pass in front of the audience in the middle of their leg.

-For the first time Jukola audience can follow the event on the same spot via a video screen, public control point, run through track and the home stretch and also enjoy the qualified restaurant services at the same time, boasted Competition Manager Juha Heimala beforehand.
